![]() ![]() I highly recommend the restaurants, located above the casino! The food was AMAZING! We had the buffet on night one, and breakfast and dinner the other days at the Sterling Spoon cafe, the cheeseburger with bottomless fries and prime rib were phenomenal!! Our waitress, Cheryl, was such a sweetheart! The hotel security made rounds inside, and out for added safety and security. The pool was nice, and just what we needed for the days we actually were able to relax! The hotel isn't too far from the strip, we were able to walk. I have cashed my check's, I love their buffet, & I play there even more frequently.Īll in all it's a nice place to go, unless you have to deal with the cage manager that makes up the policy as she sees fit to do so.Ĭheck-in was a breeze! Shannon was wonderful! We ended up getting to town a day earlier, and they were very accommodating! Our room was clean, and the cleaning staff was wonderful each day! I have been a regular at the Silver 7's for the past 3 years. Other than that one woman manager, my overall rating is this. I knew she was probably going to tell me the same thing. this is our policy, & the next time you come here to cash your check, make sure your address on the check matches the address on your I.D." The manager refused and said "if our records show the account as closed, we have no way to verify that it isn't. When the woman asked her to check the record again? When heard her ramble off the same excuse for the third time, to a woman two people in front of me. "We haven't cashed one of these check's since 2012, our record's show this account is closed." There was 15 to 18 people in line and she was telling every other person that went to her window the same thing. The woman manager, in the cashier's cage is very rude and unpleasant.
